A 29-year-old Sicilian named Fabio Messina opened a department store in Palermo that offers goods that are guaranteed to be supplied by shops that refuse to pay protection money (pizzo) to the Mafia.

It's hard to be black. It's hard to be south american. It's still harder being a woman than a man. But, being a homossexual is definately worse nowadays when it comes to facing prejudice. While nobody will even dream of writing a racist joke, TV shows are full of jokes that humiliate gay people. And that's not about to change. A recent survey in England heard nearly 300 teachers and found out that our kids are not ashamed at all to insult someone calling them gay.
